A Charming Crime is a good cozy mystery
A Charming Crime by Tonya Kappes, I believe is the first book I have read this year and also the first non-teen book review I am doing for this blog. I have read a lot of other adult books but I think starting with this one is a good idea. Since I got it off my TRB list for this year on GoodReads. I’m planning to read seventy-five books by the end of the year and I have read forty-one. I’m quite happy with what I have accomplished so far. I actually think I started reading this on our road trip/move from California to Montana.

I actually loved it. This book is a really good one and I, even more, liked how the character, June, found out that her mom, Darla, used to live and work in Whispering Falls and about who her dad actually was. She also learns a lot about herself in this book and others. June really likes the sweet called ho-hos and I don’t really blame her at all.
June even helps her best guy friend out with his job some, since he is the sheriff in that town.

This book is so good. Tonya Kappes is a really good author and I can’t wait to read more of her books.
