Medusa is a nice girl, Aphrodite is empowering, Loki vanished on thin air, Isis doesn’t have a memory and Anubis is the only sane one. Join them all in an adventure that mixes the styles of ABC’s Once Upon A Time and Rick Riordan’s Percy Jackson. What this can possibly mean? Why, chaos, of course!
Amazing Story!
Down the Wormhole has a great storyline that I think Ana Franco did amazing at. I bet in her native language it would be even better. The translations need to be worked on as some of the sentences when read aloud sounded funny. Before you read this book, so that you won’t get lost, you should probably read An Apple Through the Wormhole and The Cat Inside the Wormhole. These two would be very helpful to read so that you won’t get lost in reading the book like I did. Otherwise, the book is pretty good.
We see a bunch of different things and it’s very interesting with the way Ana France involved Greek, Egypt, and Norse myths together to make this series. My rating for this book is three star because it is really good. However, the translations at times kicked me out of the book. I really do like the different myths being put together as it makes a really interesting storyline. Down the Wormhole by Ana Franco is a great book and I might recommend it for other people to read if they don’t mind wonky translations. I wish Ms. Franco the best with this book series.
Anyways until next time enjoy this book review brought to you by
