Love Spells - Laugh Out Loud Paranormal Romance

It’s been one year since the shifter Aron D’Angelo walked out of Frankie Franklyn’s life. But now he’s back on her island, ready to marry another. She knows, she’s seen the vision. Only not everything is as it seems, and by the end of the night, if everything goes as planned, it just might be Frankie at the altar.

Things are not always as they seem even when you are psychic.

The Wolf’s New Year Bride by Deanna Chase is hilarious, sexy and magical. I loved the fun witty banter.

Frankie is a cake decorator for her sister’s bakery and she has her own used bookstore. Aron and Frankie had a fling around a year ago and Aron left without a word. Frankie thought he was the one and hasn’t been able to get over him.

Frankie is a witch who sees premonitions but she doesn’t always understand them. So, she sees things prior to them happening but she seems to be powerless to stop them. Aron is a wolf shifter who is also a loyal friend and really never forgot about Frankie.

This short story has some pretty funny scenes, some sexual innuendo and shows how spectacular Deanna Chase’s imagination is.

Some of the most memorial things:

  • A wedding dress with the frosting bikini top.
  • The surprise bachelorette strip show at work no less.
  • A ghostly cousin who tends to the shop
  • A new familiar
  • Sisters who can actually keep a secret
  • White Wedding

About Deanna Chase

deanna chase

Deanna is a native Californian. After spending five years traveling in an RV, she and her husband moved into an adorable cottage in a small town outside of New Orleans. After about six months, Deanna was convinced their 1907 home was haunted. Late at night as she penned Haunted on Bourbon Street, she often heard footsteps throughout the old house. Luckily, the spirit appears to be harmless, as he/she has never done more than make a little noise and possibly smoke a few cigars. However, if the ghost ever shows up in a dream, you’ll be the first to hear of it. Smudge stick anyone?

When she isn’t writing, she is often goofing off with her husband in New Orleans, playing with her two shih tzu dogs, and making glass beads.
