My Rating:
My Thoughts:
The last Aurora Teagarden movie of this year and it was marvelous. There were so many interesting moments that happen in this movie. I loved every single one too.
Favorite Scenes
The first thing I like is that there is a True Crime conference, which is incredible. It looked like a lot of fun even though it wasn’t in the movie for Roe and friends. I wouldn’t mind going to a conference like that. Roe fangirling with Sally about Robert Brown is cute.
Another thing that I like is that Aurora, Robert, Lynn, Aita, and Phillip all got parts in the play called A Very Foul Play. Yes, just like the movie. I think that was awesome since the first three are speakers at the conference while Lynn got Aita to go along and Phillip because of a cute girl. Aita is an outstanding stage actress even though she hasn’t been on the stage since she was in college. I thought that was cool.
The local police snubbed Lynn and Arthur. Poetic justice as now Lynn knows how Roe feels. Especially when she and Arthur are trying to help them. From that Arthur got Lynn to support the Real Murders members solve the case. I thought it was neat, especially since she did give them a lot to think about for potential suspects and that they needed to look into the victim.
The Particulars
Again a lot of red herrings in this movie until a particular part where it becomes clear that oh maybe this other person has more of a real motive than I initially thought. It was cool to be talking about this one with my parents as we all tried to figure it out.
I can’t say enough how much I love this cast. They are all magnificent actors, and it shows with their final product. Oh, and that resort is so beautiful, but I could be a bit biased as I love the mountains.
So, that is the last of the Aurora Teagarden mystery for this year, but I am looking forward to next year already. So, if you haven’t watched this movie pop over to Hallmark Movies and Mysteries and see when you can watch it next.
