So, I love autumn with changing leaves, pumpkins everywhere, and Thanksgiving. Our family always makes a huge deal for Thanksgiving. We used to all gather at my great-grandparents, eat too much, and enjoy each other’s company. Now I just spend Thanksgiving with my mom and stepdad. It’s melancholy but also lovely and relaxing compared to all the cooking and dishes at Gram’s house. What are your Thanksgiving traditions?
The Books
I have always read during the holidays, while some watch football. My picks for this November seem to be holiday romance books, cozy mysteries, paranormal mysteries, young adult and urban fantasy.
Enjoy November before the big Christmas push, and remember that there are people who like books as gifts. You know, in case you are already shopping for Christmas presents. I know I am.
