It’s September again which means that it’s time for the annual Tackle Your TBR Read-a-thon hosted by Tressa from Wishful Endings. I am so happy to be a part of this Read-a-thon again this year.
You might be asking yourself what is Tackle Your TBR Read-a-thon? Tackle Your TBR Read-a-thon goes from September 12 to September 26, that’s two weeks, and wraps up on September 27. During those two weeks any person that has joined up for the Read-a-thon on Wishful Endings can read as many books as they want during those two weeks. Can be anything you want to read and it’s a pretty great community that does a lot of stuff during these two weeks. TBR means To Be Read which if you are on Goodreads it’s the list that all of your books go to that you want to read. The whole point of this is so that you can lower that list.
My goals for this TBR Read-a-thon is to at least three hours a day. That means 2 hours during the day and at least one hour at night time. The three hours can be at any time during the days. I also want to read 10 books. I have been reading a book for a while and I didn’t get to finish it before this started so I am going to be reading it for this Read-a-thon.
The books that I am going to be reading are The Odd Fellows Society by C.G. Barrett, Going Back by Jennifer Young, Heroes and Villains: Pawn in the Game by Tara R, Madam Tulip by David Ahern, Indiana Belle by John A Heldt, Protect Me by Margaret Watson, Arctic Dawn by Karissa Laurel, Chakana by W.E. Lawrence, Tricky Twenty-Two by Janet Evanovich, and Curious Minds by Janet Evanovich and Phoef Sutton. I am hoping to get all of these books during this Read-a-thon. I am loving all of the books that I picked this time. Eight of these books have been requested from authors and publishers that have contacted me earlier this year and the last two books are just ones that are from my actual to be read pile.
If you guys want to tell me about what books you are reading please let me know via Twitter or email or anywhere else.
Sincerely,
Karen the Baroness
