2019 Wishful Ending’s Tackle Your TBR

For the fourth year, I am joining Wishful Ending’s Tackle Your TBR Read-a-Thon!

Yup. That’s right; it’s September, which means that Tressa over at Wishful Endings’ has her annual Tackle Your TBR read-a-thon. It’s a great thing to do if you have a huge TBR pile. These days who doesn’t?

Just like last year, I am looking forward to sitting down and reading the books off my TBR pile this year. 

The Rules of the Read-a-thon!

These are straightforward things that you can follow. It officially starts TODAY.  Monday, September 23rd, and goes all the way to Sunday, September 29th, with the wrap-up post on Monday, September 30th. The wrap-up post on Wishful Ending will have all the giveaway winners if there are giveaway’s this year. 

Any book counts. You heard me it can be an audiobook, physical book, ebook, an ARC, or even a kids’ book if you have any of those. That’s the thing that I love about this read-a-thon is that whatever you have in your TBR pile, it counts toward’s the end goal.

My 2019 Tackle Your TBR Read-A-Thon Goals:

• Read for at least 2 hours or more a day
• Finish four books this year. (One I already started)
• Try to finish 50% or more of a book a day.

My 2019 Tackle Your TBR Read-A-Thon Books:

• One Last Dance by Linda Weaver Clarke (started yesterday)
• Angel’s Serenade by Linda Weaver Clarke
• Legend Undone by Angie Day
• Best Player by Jaqueline Snowe
• Valleys, Vehicles, and Victims by Tonya Kappes
• Everything Girl by Emily Mayer (this is a maybe if I can)

These are all the books that I plan to read for the read-a-thon. And these all the ones that I have left to read this month. I am hoping to get to them all completed this month. That shouldn’t be a problem as long as I keep with this attitude of I can do this. Plus, getting a head start on a book doesn’t help.

Here is my wrapup: I finished what I set out to do even though I didn’t do an excellent job on tracking it this year. I loved every single book that I have read this year for this read-a-thon.
