Cranapple Breakfast Rolls
This week I baked Phyllis Newsom’s Cranapple Breakfast Rolls. The recipe that is in Livia J. Washburn’s The Pumpkin Muffin Murder, which is the fifth book in the Fresh-Baked Mystery Series. In this post, I will give you the recipe and what I thought about it. This recipe was so easy. I plan to make these for breakfast on Thanksgiving just like Phyllis did.
When you purchase The Pumpkin Muffin Murder, there are nine recipes included. I haven’t tried the other recipes, but if I do, I will let you know.
These are the recipes included:

The Baroness’ thoughts about baking Phyllis Newsom’s Cranapple Breakfast Rolls
First, I gathered all of the ingredients together and got everything that I would need. The recipe is straightforward and super easy to follow. The whole process didn’t take more than 30 minutes. I especially liked the way the cranberry, apples, and cinnamon made our house smell good. This recipe is fun and quick. I enjoyed making the Cranapple Breakfast Rolls almost as much as I enjoyed eating them.

The Baroness’ thoughts about the Cranapple Breakfast Rolls
The cranapple breakfast rolls are oh so good. They are delicious. I love the combination of cranberry, apple, and cinnamon. These breakfast rolls are so rich and perfect for the fall season.
I will be making these cranapple breakfast rolls for us on Thanksgiving morning. We can eat them while we are watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade.
A special thanks to Livia J. Washburn for including this recipe in her book, The Pumpkin Muffin Murder. Please feel free to check out my review of the fifth book in the Fresh Baked Mystery Series.
