My Rating:
My Thoughts:
Kaitlin Doubleday plays our main female character, and she is a good actress. Her acting was okay in this one. Having Colin Donnell as her partner always seemed to work great. Chloe is a very focused person and does everything the way that she wants it and seems to have settled down a bit throughout the movie while they were in Iceland. As a character, Chloe seems great, and it seems to have worked great on her to go to Iceland to recharge.
Colin Donnell plays our main male character, and he is a great actor. I have seen him play Doctor Connor Rhodes in Chicago Med, and he was great in that television show. He does great in this movie. I do love the few scenes between him and his wife, Patti Murin, as they were perfect. Colin and Kaitlin had some good chemistry going, and I believed it.
I love the fact that Hallmark did film this movie in Iceland and that it looks great there. Using people from Iceland was brilliant as well as it worked for them. The progression for Patti’s character, Isabella, with Johann, Jóel Sæmundsson, was pretty great as well. Preston Sadleir, as Kenneth and Kate Easton as Erin, were excellent choices, and I believed their chemistry as well.
