My Thoughts:

Lacey Chabert and Tyler Hynes delivered the first Winterfest movie for 2020. I loved the story, the acting, and the scenery. The sets were incredible. Even the ones that were and weren’t in the actual town of Vail.

Lacey did a great job of bringing this character to life, and being an event planner was a nice change for her. I loved that Chelsea was into having a schedule and being so organized that it was inspiring to see that.

Tyler did another marvelous job with bringing Owen to life, and this architect is different from the one he played in Spring Fever last year. My favorite saying from Owen is, “In Vail, we set our own time.”

The chemistry between Chelsea and Owen was there from the moment that they first met was apparent. Even though it wasn’t a pleasant exchange, to where Chelsea decided to help out the old part of town by creating Strudelfest for them, you could see their connection growing. I believe that Chelsea, as an event planner, has to decide if she wants to be in the big city or work in a village where anything could happen. I wouldn’t be opposed to these two being in another movie together.

Vail, Colorado, is pretty spectacular. I know that some parts were filmed in Canada, but the parts of the actual village of Vail looked so great. It is so inspiring that I would love to visit it in one day.

There is a lot to love about this movie, and I can’t wait to read your comments about what you thought of this movie.
