After stepping down as CEO of her dream job, Maddie (Loughlin) heads home for the holidays to gain perspective. When forced to put together a Christmas dance for the local high school, Carter and Maddie find themselves putting their differences aside and rediscover what made them fall in love all those years ago.

My Thoughts:
So, this one is on my list for two reasons Lori Loughlin (Full House and many others) and Victor Webster (Coop the Cupid from Charmed). This story was super cute although it seemed similar to Christmas Wonderland. Anyway, I like the characters and the story. There is a lot of history between Maddie and Carter. It was fun to watch them call each other out but then defend the other. This movie has really funny parts but once again we are reminded of the magic of Christmas.
However, there are a couple of parts that were my favorites. The first is shown in the trailer above.
The second is when Maddie and Carter are making cookies for Maddie’s mom, Peg (GwynythWalsh). Peg had to run out, but she is going to the Cookie Swap and those cookies better be good enough to win.
Later, when Maddie and Carter go to the Cookie Swap together. There is an incident with the host and Peg, so the two of them are acting like sports commentators. You have to watch it. Seriously it was funny.
Oh, and did I mention that Lori Loughlin’s daughter, Isabella Giannulli was also in the film. Wow, they look alike.
So, overall the movie is good. There are some humorous scenes which made me laugh. Would I watch it again? Sure, why not?
