My Rating:

four-stars

My Thoughts:

The Mistletoe Secret is filled with lots of love, laughter, and drama, of course. Who will little miss Aria Eubank pick? The face of “Masters of Travel” himself, aka Sterling Masters? Or the master of words that she fell for before knowing who he is, Alex Barlett? Guess you will just have to watch the movie. I”m not spoiling that.

Aria Eubank (Kellie Pickler) is the owner of a cute diner and has been filling in her mother’s shoes for the town. She is trying to save the town from going under as this is the most substantial possibility for the small town of Midway, Utah. Instead, she gets Sterling Masters to pick her town and is hoping that it will bring a lot of people there.

Alex Barlett (Tyler Haines) is the ghostwriter for his best friend, Sterling Masters, and isn’t feeling it anymore. After he spends time at Midway and with Aria, he feels like he belongs somewhere finally.

Sterling Masters (Christopher Russell) is the main man of “Masters of Travel” and isn’t really how he seems like on TV and needs Alex to help him out when he’s with Aria.

The chemistry between these three characters is there funny enough. But I like Kellie and Tyler more than Kellie and Christopher.

Midway, Utah, in itself is an impressive setting for this movie. The town itself is very into Christmas and goes all out for it as well. I love the way that the townspeople are there to help out each other and their little contests. Another thing that I love is the passport idea that they have for tourists.

I found the combination wonderfully delightful. If you are looking for a fun Christmas flick, this one will do nicely.
