My Rating:
My Thoughts:
Good Morning Christmas is an awesome movie. This is one that my mom picked, and I was surprised at how great it is. It’s about two cohosts on a morning news segment actually having to put aside their differences and work together in a small town where they actually have to pretend to be nice to each other.
Alison Sweeney is Melissa Merry, and she does a great job of playing a character that loves Christmas while trying to figure out what to do with her cohost. Alison is a great actress, and I love how she portrays this character.
Marc Blanc is Brian Bright, and he also does a great job of playing this guy that isn’t really into Christmas. That is until Brian gets a lot of Christmas traditions from their fans. It also helps him open up to Melissa about his childhood, and she helps him get past it. Brian grows so much from the beginning of the story to the end.
Marc Blanc and Alison Sweeney are two wonderful actors that have done an amazing job with their characters. Their chemistry is great, from being friends on-screen to enemies off-screen to actually maybe being something more after going to Mistletoe, Vermont.
One of my favorite parts is when the film crew runs around to catch Brian and Melissa exchange Christmas gifts. That is pretty funny. Their producer is dedicated, I’ll say that.
Mistletoe, Vermont is a cute and cozy little town that I loved. All of the sets that they used for this movie are just so cute. I loved everything about it.
