Welcome to Hedgewitch Cove, Louisiana, where there's no such thing as normal.
town

Cat-shifter Curt Warrick doesn't want to take a road trip with five other guys but when his best friend leaves him no choice, he finds himself in a van, stuffed full of men, headed to Louisiana. It should come as no surprise when everything that could go wrong on the trip does. That’s okay though, Curt is used to the weird and wacky, after all, he was born and raised in a town that is the epitome of it all. There is a bright side. The trip will give him a chance to expand his enterprise.

There is nothing Missi (Mississippi) Peugeot hates more than rich men who think they can throw money around to get what they want. Okay, that’s a lie. She hates change. That’s why she’s happy to stay in her tiny hometown of Hedgewitch Cove, Louisiana. Protected by magic, the town has kept its quaint, cozy feel—that is until a flashy, yet fetching, stranger shows up in a van that screams “flower power,” announcing he’s looking to buy property and begin developing the town. Missi’s grandmother always warned her that her words had consequences. When she speaks out of anger, the magic in her rises to the challenge, putting a curse on Curt. Not that the man needed any help in the cursed department, seeing as how he already has a spell of chaos cast over him. By who, they don’t know.

Now Missi just has to keep Mr. Flashy alive long enough to get him back up north where he belongs before her words come back to haunt him. There is only one slight hiccup with her plan: every second she tries to keep mishap from befalling Curt leaves her one step closer to wanting him to stay.

An entertaining start to a new series

Don’t Stop Bewitching by Mandy M. Roth is a hilarious page-turner of a book. I love all of the characters especially since my mom told me about them when she was reading Once Hunted, Twice Shy and Total Eclipse of the Hunt. Hugh is funny as can be and as are all the characters. I love even all the new characters, which appear in this book, in Hedgewitch Cove, Louisiana.

Curt

One of the two main characters is Curt Warrick. He is an alpha male lion shifter and cursed by who knows who. He is a pretty easygoing guy and rich. The things that I like about Curt is that yeah he is rich, but he doesn’t care that he is. He is also a pretty lovable guy even though he is cursed. The thing that I dislike about Curt is the fact that he doesn’t want a mate yet all his friends are pairing up and who knows when he will meet his. Shouldn’t he at least keep his options open?

Mississippi

Second of the two main characters is Mississippi Peuscot. She is a pretty cool character who lives in Hedgewitch Cove, Louisiana. Missi is a very lovable character. Just like Curt, she doesn’t want a mate. The thing that I like about her is that she has a spitfire of a personality. She also has the same nickname as my aunt. But shhh my aunt only lets the family use that name, whatever that is what we call her. I didn’t really find anything that I disliked about Missi.

Favorite Characters

My favorite characters are Hugh, Missi’s grandma, and Ms. Cherry. Hugh is my first favorite character because of his funny, colorful way of cursing. Missi’s grandma but sadly I can’t say why I like her as it deals with the plot (no spoilers here). Ms. Cherry is my last but not least favorite character because she is a pretty funny person.

Five Stars

Don’t Stop Bewitching by Mandy M. Roth is a hilarious book and I loved it. I was laughing my head off at almost every page. I know my step-dad thought I was losing it. I am giving this book five stars since it kept me laughing the entire time. I can’t wait to read the next book in this new series. I am also recommending this book to anyone that like Mandy and her writing. She has a beautiful way of bringing her characters to life.

Anyways until the next time enjoy this review brought to you by
