Plot Summary:

Just days before Aurora’s wedding, a body is discovered, and she fears her father may be a suspect. She and Nick race to solve the cold case before they walk down the aisle.

Aurora Teagarden is just days away from her wedding to Professor Nick Miller, and they are very in love with each other.

Roe is with Sally, Aida, and Nick at the church, just going over wedding details when Roe and Aida go to a crime scene and see the dead body that calls the two of them there. I have to say that I love how Aurora needs to find justice for whoever has just died or has been gone for years because she feels like they need it after all this time.

Another thing that I like is how Nick is all about helping Roe with these investigations despite how Roe always ends up having a face-off with the killer. Nick is a great guy, and he has grown on me since Martin left to go back into the CIA to help find his buddy. Do I wish things were different for Martin and Roe? Certainly, but Nick does a great job of being a good partner to Roe and her investigations.

Sally is an awesome maid of honor. She keeps Roe on track with everything about the wedding and not allowing Nick and Roe to see each other on their wedding day. Another thing that I liked was Aida and how she was with the return of Aurora’s father. I’m so glad that we got to see Mr. Teagarden finally.

Oh, right, the mystery is another great one that had me guessing. I thought that I had it but wouldn’t voice who I thought was it because I always happened to be wrong. So many clues going left and right made it hard for Roe, especially if it involved her father.

There is a lot to love about this movie, and I’m glad that they were able to film this movie safely. The sets were great as well, and the costumes were excellent. Candace, as Roe, was a beautiful bride.

I highly recommend this mystery, so if you haven’t seen it, you should.
