My Rating:
My Thoughts:
The last Love Ever After movie was a hit and miss for me. The story was better than what I thought it would be, but I didn’t see anything about Alexandra Breckenridge’s character that impressed me.
Alexandra Breckenridge is Terrie and she’s the main love interest. Terrie is that character that thinks that she is perfect and that she knows everything. She learns everything about items in each segment by reading what the product manager gives them about the product. Terrie feels that everyone needs to do things the same way that she does. I wanted to like Terrie, but I just couldn’t. Alexandra did a good job with this character; I didn’t care for the character.
Robert Buckley is David and he’s the other main love interest. David is a pretty good character that bringing out different personality traits than Terrie and I liked that. He is entertaining, thoughtful and I liked his backstory. I also liked that David surprises Terrie with some of the simple things about himself. Things that she never thought that he could do. Robert did a fantastic job with this character and I can’t wait to see him in more projects, whether with Hallmark or somewhere else.
I could see the chemistry between Alexandra and Robert. More on Robert’s side than Alexandra’s side.
I liked the sets for this film. The one I liked the most would have to be the Egyptian Escape Room that they use. Honestly, I can’t say if I would watch it again.
