Plot Summary:
Since childhood, Candy Cane Lane has been Phoebe’s favorite Christmas tradition of an entire neighborhood decorated for the holidays. This Christmas, however, the neighborhood decides to skip the decorations, crushing her spirits. As Phoebe is searching for a new tradition to cheer her up, she realizes that it’s not the traditions we cherish but the people we spend them with. While preparing for her new tradition, Phoebe stumbles upon the final thing her Christmas was missing: love!

Beverley Mitchell plays Phoebe, and she’s having a tough time celebrating Christmas when one of her favorite traditions isn’t coming back. Her friend and business partner are trying to get her to try new things to make up for it. Phoebe is an okay character. She jumped to conclusions really easily about anything concerning Eric.
Mark Ghanime plays Eric, and he’s celebrating his first Christmas at home with his aunt. Eric hasn’t been out on a date in a long time, and you can see how he is trying with Phoebe. Eric is a bit of a better character. He owns a veterinary clinic and doesn’t jump to conclusions about Phoebe.
Beverley Mitchell and Mark Ghanime have some chemistry together that we can see. I just would have liked for the story to be a bit better.
The sets I thought were all lovely. I even loved that we got the actors and actresses actually in real snow. There are several plotlines not resolved in my head. Like who bought the house and not only that but are we sure that Candy Cane Lane wasn’t on there like it used to be?
