My Rating:
My Thoughts:
So many feelings about this movie. It’s like the origin story of Aurora wanting to solve a real murder and how she got Sally to be with her every step of the way for any mysteries that they have stumbled upon since they were teenagers. I loved seeing Natasha Bure playing young Aurora and Mia Shanks playing young Sally since they are the real-life daughters of Aurora and Sally. Seeing that made me wonder if we might be getting a young Aurora Teagarden, with Sally and Arthur solving mysteries or if this will be a one-time deal. Either way, it was awesome to take a look into their past.
Aurora and Nick are newlyweds and are just enjoying their time together while helping her mom with a haunted house and everything that comes with it. I just feel bad for poor Sally having to go into that haunted house as a teenager then again as an adult while having to do articles for her newspaper. It’s a good thing that Sally has her best friend with her in the house. For me, I probably wouldn’t go into that haunted house for anything.
Aida sure seems like she is in a tight bind with that house that she bought but at least she has Aurora and the Real Murders gang to help her out. The whole entire movie has some funny parts and other parts that are a bit mysterious. I loved the whole entire movie. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with these mysteries.
The haunted house set looked so awesome to me and the bit about Lillian surprised me. This movie is a must-see if you haven’t watched it already.
