Will Em & Ewan figure out what is happening before it ruins Halloween?

Em, as she is known to her friends, is enjoying life in Scotland. She seems to be fitting in well and has a great group of framily around her. Things between her and Ewan are also expanding. Even if Em doesn’t realize it, she fits into this community quite well.
I love seeing her interactions with her townsfolk patients. She has really gotten this small town doctoring thing down. Em & Abigail are quite a team. The two of them seem to know what each other needs, whether it is in an emergency or in their personal lives.
The Mystery
We have the deaths of two gentlemen, both of whom have the same name. One is clearly murder while the other is suspicious, to say the least. Also, there isn’t a clear connection between the two of them. It all has Em and Ewan stumped. However, they also have a ton of Halloween festivities going on in town at the moment. So, there are lots of people around and so many things to do.
Five Stars
My rating for Death at a Scottish Halloween by Lucy Connelly is five stars. I thoroughly enjoyed the story with all the twists and turns. Ms. Connelly really kept me guessing. I got part of the conclusion, but the other part not so much. I do recommend this series.
