My Rating:

four-stars

My Thoughts:

Danica McKellar as Angie Dove and Victor Webster as Kyle Carter are back with another mystery. Throughout the whole thing, Angie is trying to find a match for a client on her show, but while she’s doing that, she’s helping Detective Carter solve another mystery of how someone poisoned Clinton Jennings. Not that Kyle asked her to assist him.

I got to say I fell for the red herrings in this one. It made sense with how they spun it that it was one of the red herrings that they found investigating. Angie knows how to push Kyle’s buttons and annoys him when she knows certain things about some people.

The sets were fantastic, and I love how they did the museum angle on the film. I like seeing more of Angie’s father in this movie. Bruce Boxleitner does a fantastic job of being Danica’s father. Besides the obvious love angle for Angie and Kyle, the other one I like is for her assistant and Officer Smith. Those two will make a great couple as well.

Overall, MatchMaker Mysteries – The Art of the Kill is another wonderfully done movie. If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend this series of mystery movies.
