Plot Summary:
Annie Winters is a long-time customer of Rags-to-Riches, and her husband, Garret, is a wealthy internet entrepreneur. When Garret’s dead body is found washed up on the beach, it looks like an apparent surfing accident. But Annie doesn’t believe the death was accidental and pleads with Jenn to take a closer look.

In The Beach Murders, Jen believes what the police ruled about the current body that has been found. Until his widow expects foul play. Jen and Dani have also been meddling in two of their customers’ love lives as they sell their things. The two customers happened to be married to each other.
Jen’s kids are hilarious in this movie. Hannah is helping her brother get the role of Romeo in Romeo and Juliet at his high school. I love their sibling relationship and dynamic, as it is very cute. I like how close they are and how often they tease each other.
My favorite quote from this movie is “Keep my job and keep everyone happy,” which is said by Detective Lynwood. I believe anyone with a job can use that line when they’re trying to make things work for everyone around them.
It took a while for us to figure out who did the killing, if it truly was that. We couldn’t decide who did it, but once we did, it made perfect sense. Especially once you think back on the clues we followed.
