Peter Pootletron is famous for being able to solve the trickiest of challenges. He also loves a good pootle. When the Prime Minister asks for his help solving a curious hiccuping epidemic, will he be able to help, or will his pootling get in the way?

Peter Pootletron and the Hiccuping Headache by Fiona McMahon has the Prime Minister asking Peter Pootletron to help solve the case of the hiccuping epidemic.

Can Peter stop pootling long enough to solve the case?

Peter Pootletron

Peter Pootletron gets home from school one day and can’t wait to pootle from a hard day at school until the prime minister calls. He is just a kid and has a knack for being a genius at solving mysteries that stump even the most senior detectives. I think he wants to “pootle,” aka relax, and not have to think too much, which might be getting in the way of solving the mystery. Peter is a great kid who tries his hardest to solve the case despite everything else.

The MysteryPeter Pootletron and the Hiccuping Headache CR

Peter Pootletron gets the case of the hiccuping epidemic before anyone else. The Prime Minister trusts Peter more than anyone else. Peter has a tough time trying to solve this case. The main reason is that he needs much pootling time at the most unreasonable times. Everything about this case was weird but funny.

Four Stars

My rating for Peter Pootletron and the Hiccuping Headache by Fiona McMahon is four stars. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to have a good laugh. Ms. McMahon did a great job handling this case, and I’m still a bit flabbergasted at the whole thing. Though some things pulled me out of the book, such as formatting and a few other things, other than that, it was a good read.
